| 摘 要： | 软件质量是一个模糊的概念，其主要表现是：软件质量等级通常以某一质量特性的指标值来划分，然而用户对软件质量的评价却是模糊的，为了处理软件质量的模糊属性，提出了3种描述软件质量（子）特性的模糊表示方法，并给出了这些表示方法的示例。

| Abstract: | Software quality is a fuzzy concept, its main manifest is that: the software quality levels are usually graded according to the index of some software characteristics, but the user's appraisal on software quality is fuzzy. In order to deal with the fuzzy property of software quality, 3 kinds of fuzzy representation methods to describe the software quality characteristics (or sub-characteristics) are proposed, and some examples are presented. |
