液压系统节流调速回路动特性仿真

摘    要:采用计算机动态仿真技术实现液压系统帘流调速回路动特性仿真。通过对回路系统动特性分析,首先建立了节流调速回路的数学模型,在该模型的基础上建立了回路仿真模型。使用该模型进行了计算机仿真,当给出阀口阶越开度时,得到对应的回路速度的动特性仿真结果。比较分析了三种节流调速回路的仿真结果,表明仿真模型正确,仿真结果与理论相符合。

Abstract:Dynamic characteristics simulation of throttling speed control circuit on hydraulic system was realized with computer development circuit system, mathematica emulation technology. Through analyzing dynamic characteristics ofl model of throttling speed control circuit was established, and simulation model of circuit was built up. Corresponding dynamic characteristics simulation results of circuit speed were obtained while the step opening of throttle was given. Simulation results of three kinds of throttling speed control ciruit were compared and analyzed, it is indicates that the model is correct and simulation results are in accord with theory.
