| 摘 要： | 融资难已成为严重制约中小企业进一步发展的“瓶颈”。解决中小企业融资难的问题，将会对中小企业的发展和推动我国的国民经济健康、快速地发展具有重要的现实意义。文章通过对中小企业融资现状的分析，从不同角度揭示了中小企业融资难的成因，并对解决此问题的对策进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Failure to collect capital has become a"bottleneck",which seriously restricts the medium and small-scale enterprises' future development.If we can resolve this problem,it will prompt to grow medium and small-scale enterprises,and then,it will promote our national economy in a fast and sound way,which has a primary signification.In this paper,we analyze the condition of medium and small-scale enterprises'problems,and show the causes of failing to collect money from different angles in medium and small-scale enterprises.Besides,we have given some strategies to solve this problem. |
