| 摘 要： | 通过设计新的喷丝板进行3.33dtex中空纤维增容生产,对其纺丝、拉伸工艺进行研究。与增容前的生产工艺进行对比,验证了3.33dtex增容喷丝板的设计可行性,达到了保证产品原有质量,提高产能的目的。

| Abstract: | By designing of new spinnerets,the production and its spinning and drawing process were investigated. Compared with the process before capacity increased, the design of spinnerets for 3.33 dtex hollow fiber capacity increasing was feasible and capacity was improved and quality remained same. |
