高职院校学生职业技术能力培养初探

摘    要:职业教育日益关注人的个性发展,课程教学目标也从单纯注重培养学生的专门技能和专业能力向注重培养学生综合职业能力方向发展。相比于普通高等教育,高职教育更倾向于实践能力培养,教学中注重行业的特定能力和行业通用能力的有机结合。把握职业技术能力内涵,重视职业能力培养的课程体系与标准的构建,注重实践教学环节建设及培养模式设计,对于高职院校学生职业能力培养具有重要意义。

Abstract:Vocational education is increasingly concerned about the development of the human personality, and curriculum objectives also de- velop flora rnerely focusing on cultivating students' expertise and professional capacity to cultivate students' corehensiv pro- fessioml ably. Compared wh conmmn higher education, higher vocational education tends to better improve practical abflity trang, and focuses on the effective combhmtion of industry specific ability and general ability kl teaching. It is rtant to grasp the connotation of vocatioml technical capacity, eraphasize on cm'ricuk system and standard construction of vocational ability training, and design practice teaching construction and trahdng model in vocational colleges.
