| 摘 要： | 我国煤炭行业中的建筑企业由于长期受计划经济的影响,发展一直滞后,企业竞争力不强.本文通过对煤炭建筑企业与整个建筑行业竞争力状况的分析研究,找出了煤炭建筑企业的竞争优势和劣势,并从思想观念、科技创新、资产整合、企业管理、企业制度等多个方面探讨了增强煤炭建筑企业竞争力的策略.

| Abstract: | Due to long-term influence of planned economy, the competitiveness of coal construction enterprises is weak. By the research on competitiveness condition of coal construction enterprises and entire construction industry, this paper analyses competitive advantages and competitive disadvantages of coal construction enterprises. Then, it discusses the strategy and the tactic of enhancing the competitiveness of coal construction enterprises from the aspects of conception, scientific-technical innovation, assets integration, enterprise management, enterprise system and so on. |
