微生物清防蜡技术矿场试验研究

摘    要:从辽河油田曙光采油厂和锦州采油厂高蜡油井中采集的40个多个油水样中分离到了3种能以固体石蜡为唯一碳源生长的微生物,并将其应用于该区块4口井的清防蜡矿物试验研究。结果表明混合菌的清防蜡效果显著,4口井在4个月试验期共增油561t,节约热洗16次,加药44次,创直接经济效益56.3万余元。

Abstract:Three bacteria have been isolated from more than 40 oil water samples of waxy oil production wells of Shuguang and Jinzhou zone in Liaohe Oilfield.These bacteria are used for field trial of paraffin-removing in 4wells.Results show that the tested wells obtain very good effects after mixed bacteria treatment:561 tons crude oil output has been enchanced in all,and 16 times thermal-washing treatment and 44 times chemicals have been reduced in the four wells during four months test.This test increases profits 560000 yuan directly.
