| 摘 要： | 从辽河油田曙光采油厂和锦州采油厂高蜡油井中采集的４０个多个油水样中分离到了３种能以固体石蜡为唯一碳源生长的微生物，并将其应用于该区块４口井的清防蜡矿物试验研究。结果表明混合菌的清防蜡效果显著，４口井在４个月试验期共增油５６１t，节约热洗１６次，加药４４次，创直接经济效益５６．３万余元。

| Abstract: | Three bacteria have been isolated from more than 40 oil water samples of waxy oil production wells of Shuguang and Jinzhou zone in Liaohe Oilfield.These bacteria are used for field trial of paraffin-removing in 4wells.Results show that the tested wells obtain very good effects after mixed bacteria treatment:561 tons crude oil output has been enchanced in all,and 16 times thermal-washing treatment and 44 times chemicals have been reduced in the four wells during four months test.This test increases profits 560000 yuan directly. |
