脱酚油对大同长焰煤热解萃取的研究

摘    要:以脱酚油为溶剂,在高压反应釜中对大同长焰煤进行热解萃取研究。考察了反应终温、溶煤比、停留时间等因素对热解萃取产率的影响。同时对萃取产物和原料煤进行了红外光谱分析。结果表明,大同长焰煤在脱酚油中萃取产率受温度影响显著。热解萃取反应在终温400℃、溶煤比8:1时,获得的萃取收率为41.89%(daf);萃取物分子中的官能团结构与原料煤分子中的官能团结构相似。

Research on the Pyrolytic Extraction of Da--tong Long--flamming Coal in Dephenolized Oil

Abstract:Pyrolytic extraction process of Da--Tong long--flamming coal in autoclave using dephenolized oil is completed. The influences of temperature, solvent & coal ratio, residence time on pyrolytic extraction yield were studied. Furthermore, the infrared spectrum of extraction product and the raw coal were characterized. The study result showed that the extraction yield of Da--Tong long-- flamming coal in dephenolized oil was affected by temperature significantly. When the extraction temperature was 400℃, the solvent & coal ratio was 8 : 1, the extraction yield was 41.89% (daf). The functional groups structure of extraction product was similar to that of raw coal.
