测绘院信息化管理系统的设计与实现

信息化测绘时代到来，对测绘生产和管理提出了更高的要求。城市测绘院作为信息化测绘的引领者，担负着重要的作用。本文结合贵阳市测绘院的实际工作，根据城市测绘院工作业务特点，介绍了以测绘生产经营流程为核心，对办公自动化系统（ OA）、生产管理系统（ MIS）及档案资料管理系统进行系统集成，实现了测绘院生产经营、日常办公、人力资源、资产管理、档案管理等各项工作的信息化管理。

Design and Implementation of the Information Management System of Surveying and Mapping Institute

With the advent of the era of mapping information technology , surveying and mapping production and management put forward higher requirements .Urban Surveying and Mapping Institute as an mapping information technol-ogy leader , charged with an important role .According to characteristics of urban surveying work , this paper described how to developing and constructing GuiYang Surveying and mapping institute ’ s office automation system （ OA） with the core process of surveying production and management .This OA implements the information management about production and business operation of surveying and mapping ,daily office ,human resource management ,asset management ,file man-agement and so on .
