高效浓硫酸管式分酸器的研发及应用

摘    要:分酸器是浓硫酸生产设备干吸塔的重要组件,其使用效果直接影响气液的接触效率。传统管式和部分不锈钢槽管式分酸器由于材质、结构、制造等方面的不足,已造成对生产功效的制约和影响。本着适配、高效、节能、耐用和节省投资的原则,研制开发了铁素体单相耐蚀合金材质,并进行了产品结构的精细化设计。其结构先进合理,使用寿命长,应用中取得了良好的效果和好评。

Abstract:Tube acid distributor is an important part of aosorption effectiveness directly impacts contact efficiency of gas and liquid. The traditional acid distributors have disadvantages of material, structure, and other aspects of manufacturing, has resulted in constraints on the production effectiveness and impact. The paper has developed ferrite single-phase corrosion resistant alloy material, and the fine design of product structure based on principles of high efficient, energy-sav- ing, durable and save the investment. This new distributor has advanced structure, long service life, the application has achieved good results and praise.
