1000MW超超临界机组两级输送干式除渣系统

为发挥大容量机组在节能方面的优势,在国内某1 000MW超超临界机组中,首次设置了两级输送干式除渣系统,采用二级大倾角钢带输渣机,可直接将炉渣送至渣仓。通过对除渣系统的设计和布置方面的介绍,并结合工程的实际运行,证明该系统在节能环保、除渣效率及机组稳定性方面具有一定的优势,是超超临界机组中较有代表性的一种除渣系统,值得推荐使用。

Two-stage Conveying Dry Bottom Ash Handling System of 1 000 MW Ultra Supercritical Unit

In order to develop the advantages of energy saving of large capacity units, the dry bottom ash handling system of two-stage conveying was first used in the domestic 1 000 MW ultra supercritical unit. It can directly convey the dry bottom ash to the ash silos by using secondary big angle steel belt ash conveyor. Through the introduction of the system design and layout combined with the engineering operation, the advantages of the system were proven in the aspects of energy saving, environment protection, bottom ash conveying efficiency and stability of the unit. It is a representative dry bottom ash handling system, and is well worth to be used in ultra supercritical units.
