摘 要: | 本文主要是采用水热法制备一维的二氧化钛纳米带(TiO2NBs),在Ti02NBs上分别负载硒化镉(GdSe)硫化镉(CdS),再对比负载后的Ti02NBs的光吸收特性,运用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见(UV—vis)漫反射吸收光谱等表征。

Abstract: | This article uses hydrothermal to synthesize unidimensional titania nanoribbons (TiO2NBs), which was re- spectively covered with cadmium selenide (GdSe) and cadmium sulfide (CdS) . The product was respectively compared for light absorption characteristics through using the X--raydiffraetion (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), UV -- visible (UV--vis) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy characterization. |
