摘    要:介绍了NCZ零极距高电密电解槽的结构及性能.该电解装置首次在旭化成电解槽采用了氯气零压控制,氯气系统采用无阀控制,利用氯气压缩机来控制电解槽的氯气压力.实施后,运行安全平稳.节能效果突出.

Abstract:The structure and property of NCZ zero polar distance electrolyzer with high current density were introduced.Zero pressure control of chlorine gas was applied in Asahikasei electrolyzer for the first time,and valveless control was adopted in chlorine system.Chlorine gas pressure of electrolyzer was controlled by chlorine compressor.The operation was safe and stable,and the energy effective was obvious.
