三峡永久船闸结构锚杆耐久性设计

摘    要:三峡永久船闸充分利用高强完整的岩体,采用衬砌式混凝土结构形式,闸首支持体混凝土衬砌最小厚度12m,闸室墙混凝土衬砌最小厚度1.5m。在船闸低水位运动或检修时,通过大量的高强结构锚杆将混凝土结构与墙后岩体联系在一起,共同受力。为防止结构锚杆在混凝土与岩体接触面处的自由段遭受腐蚀破坏,采用喷锌与涂环氧封闭层外加橡胶套管的防护措施,以提高结构锚杆的耐久性。对锚杆所处的环境作了系统研究,对整个设计过程作了详细介绍。

Abstract:A lining concrete structure is used for the permanent shiplocks of the Three Gorges Project in order to make full use of integral rock mass of high strength,the minimum thickness of lining concrete attached to the supporting body of lock heads is 12 m and the minimum thickness of lock chamber wall lining concrete is 1.5 m.A large number of high-strength structural anchor bars are used to combine the concrete structure with the rock mass behind the lock walls for their common working.In order to prevent the free sections of structural anchor bars from corrosion,they are all protected by spraying zinc,coating epoxide resin and sleeving rubber pipe to improve the durability of the structural anchor bars.The environment where anchor bars are situated is systematically investigated and the whole design process is presented in detail.
