| 摘 要： | 近10年来，在防止砌块建筑墙体开裂与渗漏方面已取得了一些科研成果和实践经验，为防止砌块房屋墙体裂、渗和砌块建筑体系进一步快速、健康发展起了较大作用。一些工程的渗漏实例表明，采取有效的技术措施以及严格的施工管理制度是保证工程质量最重要的环节。

| Abstract: | The research results and practical experiences achieved in recent 10 years in preventing masonry wall from crack and seepage have played a major role in crack and seepage prevention of masonry wall and the fast and healthy development of the masonry architectural system. Engineering cases in seepage show that the effective technical measures and strict construction management system are the most important to ensuring the project quality. |
