摘    要:辊涂机是镀锌机组的重要设备,其压力波动直接影响膜厚,从而影响板面质量。实际生产中,由于辊子不断磨损需要经常更换,受研磨及安装精度等机械因素的影响产生偏心,使辊缝不稳定,从而产生压力的波动,因此提出在压力闭环控制基础上设计合理的位置设定值发生器,得到合理的位置修正,从而得到确定的辊缝来稳定涂层压力,最终提高膜厚质量。

Abstract:The coater is the very important equipment in CGL,of which the pressure directly influences the film thickness, thus affects the quality of the strip surface. In actual production the roll was constantly worn and must be changed frequently. Due to the accuracy of the grinding and installation, the roller was eccentric which resulted the untstable roll gap and the pressure fluctuation. By designing a reasonable position set value generator to get a reasonable position correction, and to get a certain roll gap and stable coating pressure, the quality of film thickness can be improved.
