| Abstract: | Because of the need of collecting and entering evidence at the scene in the process of urban management law enforcement, based on the existing law enforcement system of urban management, utilizing 3G network, GPS, android handset and Bluetooth technology, a new movable law enforcement system of urban management is designed. The function demand, system architecture, implementation scheme and key technology of movable law enforcement system are discussed. |
