流化床煤调湿过程中煤氧化自燃问题的研究

摘    要:在流化床煤调湿工艺中,随着煤样中水分的去除和热量的积聚,流化态煤粉和死角堆积煤样的氧化可能引起煤自燃。对比研究了程序升温过程中风量和升温速率对煤氧化自燃过程中02和co浓度变化的影响,发现风量和升温速率对煤氧化自燃过程影响较大。当空气温度超过180℃时,氧化反应生成co浓度急剧增大,需控制空气的加热温度或降低空气中的氧含量,以防止煤氧化自燃。最后,对下一步流化床煤调湿工艺过程煤样氧化自燃的研究提供了建议。

Abstract:With removing of coal moisture and accumulating of changing-heat, the oxidation of fluidized coal dust and coal congeries in corner pockets probably caused coal spontaneous combustion in Fluidized-bed coal moisture control (CMC) process. The influence of blowing rate and heating rate on the concentration of 02 and CO in the course of coal oxidation spontaneous combustion by temperature programming was investigated. The result showed that blowing rate and heating rate had a strong effect on the coal oxidation spontaneous combustion. When the temperature of heated air was up to 180 ℃, the generated CO increases radically. So it was necessary to control the heating temperature or reduce the concentration of 02 to avoid the coal oxidation spontaneous combustion. At last, suggestions were provided to study the coal oxidation pontaneous combustion of fluidized-bed CMC processe.
