摘    要:为了分析SiC颗粒增强Al基复合材料中SiC质量分数对材料性能的影响,用粉末冶金法制备了SiC颗粒质量分数分别为10%,15%,20%,25%的铝基复合材料,测定了复合材料的抗拉强度、压缩强度、显微维氏硬度以及线膨胀系数.结果表明,随着SiC质量分数的增加,SiCp-Al复合材料的压缩强度、抗拉强度和显微维氏硬度都得到大幅度提高,而线膨胀系数随着SiC质量分数的增加而降低.说明复合材料的力学性能不符合简单的混合定律.

Abstract:In order to analyze the influence of SiC content in SiCp-Al composite,making use of tranditional Power Metallurgy technique,SiC particulates reinforced pure aluminum composite was successfully fabricated,with 10%,15%,20% and 25% volume fraction of SiC particles were prepared.And composits' extension strength,compressive strength,micro hardness and coefficient of thermal expansion are measured.The experimental results indicate that with the increasing of SiC particles,the extension strength,compressive strength and micro hardness get more dominant while it's coefficient of thermal expansion get decrease.Thus,mechanical property does not agree with the law of mixture.
