Abstract:The wood drying process on Martiodendron parviflorum thick timber of 22 mm was explored.The characteristics of Martiodendron parviflorum timber by Baidu test method were studied,and drying process optimization of Martiodendron parviflorum timber by using low temperature dehumidification drying kiln were tested.The results indicated that the 22 mm Martiodendron parviflorum thick timber suitable for dehumidify of low tepid pump,and the water decreases rate was controlled at 0.14%/h in the early stage of the wood drying.The rate of decrease of moisture content in drying medium was controlled at 0.11%/h,and in the late drying period was controlled at 0.08%/h.The drying period was 14 days,and the dried lumber achieved second level requirement in accordance with GB/T6491-2012 by used optimization drying schedules.
