| Abstract: | Engineered wood flooring was favored by consumers because of its high cost performance and comfort performance.Formaldehyde-free and green product would be the trend and goal during the development of engineered wood flooring.This study explored the dip peel application of 1.2 mm Quercus.spp.,Quercus mongolica,Fraxinus mandshurica,Betula spp.,and Juglans nigra.for multi-layer engineered wood flooring from three aspects,the adhesive coating amount,cold pressing time and hot pressing time,respectively.The optimal process was 130 g/m2 coating amount,30 min cold pressing time and 200 s hot pressting time. |
