拖拉机离合器非标角接触球轴承的优化设计

摘    要:介绍了拖拉机离合器轴承的工作原理,分析了某拖拉机离合器轴承的失效原因。提出的改进措施为:高温回火,增加轴承外圈端面超精工序,将接触式橡胶密封改为非接触式金属防尘盖密封,将尼龙保持架改为冲压钢制碗形保持架,选择工作温度为-30~300℃的长城锂基润滑脂,填脂量为30%~50%。改进后离合器轴承的台架试验表明,主、副离合器轴承温度均有所降低,且未出现高温烧毁轴承和离合器的现象,满足使用要求。

Abstract:The working principles of tractor clutch bearings are introduced.The failure reason of a tractor clutch bearing is analyzed.The improvement measures are proposed,such as:high temperature tempering,superfinishing bearing outer ring end face,changing contact rubber seal to non-contact metal shield seal,nylon cage to stamped steel bowl-shaped cage,using Great Wall Lithium Grease with a working temperature of-30~300℃and the grease filling amount of 30%~50%.The bench test of improved clutch bearings shows that the temperature of primary and secondary clutch bearings is reduced,and there is no high-temperature failure for bearings and clutch,which meets requirements of use.
