常温固化大豆蛋白胶黏剂制备非结构集成材研究

摘    要:研究利用豆粉、环氧类固化剂、水性弹性体乳液制备了一种常温固化大豆蛋白胶黏剂,并用于制备非结构集成材。结果表明,胶黏剂最优配方为18 g豆粉、82 g水、2.52 g环氧固化剂、36 g水性弹性体乳液,胶黏剂固体含量27.8%,适用期可达36 h;集成材优化制备工艺为涂胶量190~210 g/m2、加压时间3 h、加压压力0.6 MPa、卸压平衡时间8 h时;制备的集成材干/湿胶合强度分别达到4.14 MPa和1.25 MPa,可耐16 h沸水持续水煮或7个水煮冷冻干燥循环测试,180天室外耐候性能良好,性能优于商用水性异氰酸酯胶黏剂,成本降低41.6%。胶黏剂的制备工艺和非结构集成材产品质量满足工业化生产要求。

Abstract:In this paper,an ambient curable soybean protein adhesive for non-structural glued laminated timber fabrication was obtained.The adhesive consisted of water,soybean flour,epoxy curing agent and water-borne elastomer emulsion.The results showed that the optimal adhesive formulation was 82 g of water,18 g of soybean powder,2.52 g of epoxy curing agent and 36 g of elastomer emulsion.The optimal fabrication process of non-structural glued laminated timber was using 190~210 g/m2of glue quantity,three hours of pressure time,0.6 MPa of pressure,and eight hours of pressure release equilibrium time.The prepared adhesive presented 36 h of plot life,27.8%of solid content.The prepared non-structural glued laminated timber presented 4.14 MPa of dry shear strength,1.25 MPa of wet shear strength,16 h of resistance to boiling water,seven cycles of‘frozen-boiling-drying’test,180 days of excellent outdoor weatherability.The performance was superior to the commercial water-borne isocyanate adhesives and the cost was reduced by 41.6%.The fabrication process and the product quality met the requirements of industrial production.
