摘    要:以α-Si3N4粉为原料,纳米级Y2O3和Al2O3为烧结助剂,采用气压烧结工艺制备氮化硅陶瓷球,研究了烧结助剂含量对氮化硅陶瓷球致密化及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着烧结助剂含量的增加,氮化硅陶瓷球的相对密度逐渐增大,维氏硬度逐渐降低,断裂韧性不断提高;烧结温度为1750℃时,烧结助剂含量为8%的氮化硅陶瓷球综合力学性能最佳,其相对密度大于98%,维氏硬度、断裂韧性和压碎强度分别为1540 kg/mm2,6.3 MPa·m1/2和288 MPa。

Abstract:Silicon nitride ceramic balls are prepared by gas pressure sintering process withα-Si3N4 powder as raw material and nano Y2O3 and Al2O3 as sintering aids.The effect of sintering aids content on densification and mechanical properties of Si3N4 ceramic balls is investigated.The results show that the relative density of Si3N4 ceramic balls increases gradually,the Vickers hardness decreases gradually,and the fracture toughness increases continuously with the increase of sintering aids content.The Si3N4 ceramic balls sintered at 1750℃with 8%sintering aids have optimal comprehensive mechanical properties,the relative density is more than 98%,and the Vickers hardness,fracture toughness and crush strength is 1540 kg/mm2,6.3 MPa·m1/2and 288 MPa respectively.
