磨削热缺陷的几何敏感现象分析

摘    要:以磨削加工中实际出现的磨削热缺陷几何敏感现象为研究对象,分析了磨削方式、磨削砂轮几何尺寸和磨削区线速度等因素对磨削热缺陷几何敏感性的影响,解释了这种现象的本质是由上述因素导致的在某些特定区域磨削接触持续时间的延长,通过改变砂轮直径、零件转速和减小磨削进给量等措施可以避免磨削热缺陷。

Abstract:Taking the geometry-sensitivity phenomenon of grinding heat defects during grinding process as research object,the influences of grinding method,geometrical dimension of grinding wheel and linear speed of grinding zone on geometry-sensitivity phenomenon of grinding heat defects are analyzed,the essence of the phenomenon is prolonged grinding contact duration in certain areas caused by the above factors,the grinding heat defects are avoided by changing diameter of grinding wheel,rotational speed of parts and reducing feed rate of grinding.
