Modular Design of Wood-Based Panels Sand Saw Line Products

This paper introduced the idea of modularization into wood-based panels machinery industry,and studied the modular design.In order to facilitate module modification,parameterization was introduced into modular design.Firstly,the concept and basic steps of modular design were expounded.Then the parametric analysis of the module and its modular design process based on parameterization were introduced;Finally,from the function analysis and module division,selection and combination,the modular design of sand saw line was explained in detail,and the feasibility of the method was verified.
