摘    要:介绍了球磨机小齿轮轴两端调心滚子轴承载荷的计算方法,建立Romax轴系仿真模型,分析了径向力、齿轮推力、温度对轴承接触应力和寿命的影响,结果表明:随径向力增大,轴承最大接触应力增大,寿命减小;随齿轮推力增大,游动端轴承的接触应力和寿命几乎无变化,固定端轴承列1和列2接触应力变化趋势不同,0~225 kN,列1呈减小趋势...

Abstract:The calculation method is introduced for load of spherical roller bearings at both ends of pinion shaft of ball mill.The Romax shafting simulation model is established,and the influence of radial force,gear thrust and temperature on contact stress and life of the bearings is analyzed.The results show that:with the increase of radial force,the maximum contact stress increases,and the life decreases;with the increase of gear thrust,the contact stress and life of floating end bearings almost have no change,the variation trend of contact stress in row 1 and row 2 of fixed end bearings is different.From 0 to 225 kN,the contact stress of row 1 shows a decreasing trend,while the contact stress of row 2 shows an increasing trend.After exceeding 225 kN,the contact stress of row 1 slightly increases,and the contact stress of row 2 slightly decreases,the life of fixed end bearings is reduced;with the increase of temperature,the contact stress of the bearings changes little,the life of the bearings basically remains unchanged within 50℃,when the temperature continues to rise,the life of the bearings reduces sharply.
