| 摘 要： | 以竹粉、竹炭粉、聚氯乙烯、轻质碳酸钙、氯化聚乙烯等作为原料制备了一种防水竹炭墙板.该竹炭墙板各性能均符合GB/T 24137-2009《木塑装饰板》的要求,抗弯强度可达到22.82 MPa、抗弯弹性模量为2 105 MPa、邵氏硬度为64.2.通过生产试验得出竹炭墙板中氯化聚乙烯的最佳添加量为2.7份左右.

| Abstract: | A waterproof bamboo charcoal wallboard was prepared using bamboo powder,bamboo charcoal powder,PVC,light calcium,and CPE as raw materials.The performance of the bamboo charcoal wallboard met the requirements of GB/T 24137-2009 Wood Plastic Decorative Board,the bending strength reached 22.82 MPa,the bending elastic modulus was 2105 MPa,and the shore hardness was 64.2.Through the production test,it was concluded that the best addition amount of CPE in the bamboo charcoal wallboard was about 2.7 parts. |
