Continuous pretreatment of woven fabrics made from cellulose fibers and their blends

The pretreatment systems of woven fabrics Optasize and Optastream developed by Zschimmer & Schwarz are described. The results demonstrate that Optasize/Optasteam can be applied and established in the everyday production operations providing tailor-made process solutions which are exactly adapted to the customers requirement , combining high reliability in processing with an extremely compact and economical recipe. With the systems, the differences origination from the initial fabric qualities can be leveled out.
