API套管抗外挤强度在弯曲井眼中适用情况的ANSYS分析

摘    要:套管柱在井眼曲率较大的情况下讲产生较大的弯曲应力,弯曲应力在套管外侧产生较大的附加拉应力,API套管抗外挤强度计算没有考虑弯曲的工况,本文利用ANSYS计算出弯曲对套管抗外挤强度的影响,得出API套管抗外挤强度计算的适应情况。对于指导套管在弯曲井眼中的抗外挤强度设计具有重要指导意义。弯曲套管的最大应力随着井眼曲率的增加而增加。弯曲率超过45°/hm时,AP套管抗外挤强度已经不合适用,在井眼曲率较小的情况下,API套管抗外挤强度基本能满足应用需求。

Application of ANSYS ON API Collapsing Strength Equation in the Curved Well

Abstract:A big bending stress and radial transfiguration of the casing string occur in the curved portion of horizontal well with large borehole curvature might be effected by strength breakage and destabilitzing. API collapsing strength equation does not consider the stuation of curved well. Application of ANSYS on the curved portion was studied to provid estheoretical basis for the strength design ,of casing string in the curved portion of horizontal well with large borehole curvature.
