高压共轨系统调压阀的设计仿真与实验研究

摘    要:调压阀是高压共轨系统轨压控制的核心元件,调压阀的设计结果关系到整个系统油压的波动性及响应性.从比例电磁阀的设计步骤入手,设计了调压阀.采用ANSYS进行了仿真分析.实验表明,调压阀的设计结果满足实际需求.

Abstract:The press control valve of press controlling is a core component in high press common-rail system. Its performance influences to fluctuate and response of the system press. A new proportional electromagnetic press control valve is presented. A simulation research is carried out by using the FEM software ANSYS .
