21 世纪建筑的发展和建筑教育的趋向

展望２１世纪，人口增长，耕地保护，必将导致建筑向空中、地下，向海洋、滩涂，向宇宙开拓新的空间．２１世纪，科技进步，经济发达，必将推动居住建筑向小康型—发达型人居环境可持续的发展，老年化住宅的发展，将推动乡村科学合理的村镇规划和城市建筑社区化、综合化、高层化的趋向，城市设计将发挥越来越突出的作用．人才是保证２１世纪建筑发展的关键，本文还就２１世纪中国建筑教育的发展趋向，提出了要宏观控制数量、优化专业布点、严格保证质量、保证现代化职业教育特点等四点看法

The Development of Architecture and the Tendency in Architectural Education in the 21st Century

Looking into the 21st century,we can see the increase in population and the protection of cultivated land will lead to the opening up of sky,underground,ocean and space for new area. In the 21st century with the development of science and technology and economy flourishing,housing construction will be promoted towards the comfortably-off living surrounding.The development of the dwelling for the aged will promote both the scientific and reasonable planning of villages and towns and community development,the synthesizing and the development towards tall buildings.City designs will play more and more important role.Qualified personnel will be the key of ensuring the architectural education,this paper provides four points of view concerning the tendency of the development of architectural educaticn.They are macrocontrol of quantity,optimizing the distribution of specialities,quality guarantee and ensuring the characteristics of modern professional education.
