煤层气制氨探讨

摘    要:通过采用变压吸附或低温分离技术可以把低浓度煤层气甲烷浓度由30%提高到90%。将其作为原料气生产合成氨可使煤层气得到有效利用,减少其排放大气所带来的资源浪费和环境污染。本文就煤层气制合成氨的可行性进行了讨论。结果显示该方案技术可行,经济上有利。

Abstract:The methane content of coalbed gas can be riched from 30% to 90% with PSA or LT separation process.This paper discusses the feasibility adopting the riched gas for ammonia production,which can make the gas effectively been utilized instead of directly emitting into the air resulting in pollution.The study shows that the schedule is feasible in technology and economy benefit.
