针织用生丝浸泡作用的分析

本文就湿法针织用生丝的浸泡工艺效果及原理进行了分析和探讨。实验结果表明,浸泡过的湿丝杨氏模量降低,伸长度提高,柔软度好,因而具有可编性。但湿丝的强力和平滑、弹性性能不佳。在浸泡中添加各种助剂只能改善湿丝的某些性能。

On the Steeping Technique of Raw Silk for Knitting

Experimental analysis is made on the principle and technical effect of wet raw silk for knitting.The results show that raw silk after steeping tends to decrease in Young's modulus and increase in elongation,resulting in its knittability;steeped raw silk is inferior to dried silk in tenacity,lubricity, and elastic elongation;the assistants added during steeping can improve cert- ain performances of the steeped silk,but will adversely affect the quantity and variety of the knitwork.The condition for satisfactory steeping is also discussed.
