| 摘 要： | 介绍了五十年来山西省小水电建设的发展过程，经济效益及未来规划。对黄河北干流特征、总体规划、开发利用现状及对山西电网的影响进行了分析。着重论述了西龙池抽水蓄能电站的基本建设情况。对山西省水电建设具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The development,economic benefit and future plan of small scale water and eletricity were introduced.Analysis are made on influence of characteristic of yellow river north main stream general outline.The basic construction of Xi long chi water pumping and energy storage power station is discussed,and it has certain guidance on water and electric construction. |
