摘    要:介绍厚度量仪的工作原理,对厚度量仪的设置与工件毛坯厚度尺寸分布和顶尖孔差异分布之间的关系进行了分析,提出厚度量仪设置的具体方法,描述了厚度量仪的设置过程。对工件毛坯厚度尺寸分布和顶尖孔差异对磨削加工效率的影响进行了分析。

Abstract:The principle of the thickness measuring device was described.The relation between the thickness measuring device setting and the workpiece blank thickness distribution and the centre-hole difference distribution was analyzed.The methods and process for setting the measuring device were proposed.The influences of the workpiece blank thickness distribution and centre-hole difference to the grinding efficiency were analyzed.
