摘    要:水射流的加工过程中非常复杂,涉及到许多参数,对其模型的描述也较为困难。运用量纲分析法,选取对加工过程中影响较大的参数,忽略影响很小的因素,建立了水射流打孔过程的新数学模型,并通过试验验证该模型的误差仅为3%~10%。

Abstract:Abrasive water jet(AWJ)machining process contains complex nature and involves a large number of variables,so it is difficult to set up the model.A hole process model that was developed using dimensional analysis technique was presented.In the new model,the variables which had big influence on machining process were considered.It is found that the model prediction results are consistent with the experimental data with an error of less than 3%~10%.
