基于PLC的变频恒压供水系统

摘    要:为解决传统供水系统存在的投资大、占用面积大、效率低的问题,将可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术和变频技术应用到新型恒压供水系统中。该系统通过PLC控制变频器改变电源频率,来调节水泵电机的转速,使管网压力恒定;分析了该新型恒压供水系统的工作原理,给出了系统的软、硬件实现方法;利用组态软件监视与控制通用系统(MCGS)实现了对该系统的实时远程监控。应用结果表明,该系统确保了供水质量,提高了系统的故障处理能力,并且具有明显的节能效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of a big investment,space occupancy,and low efficiency on the traditional water supply system,a constant pressure water supply system based on programmable logic controller(PLC) and variable frequency control was designed.In the system,the speed of pump motor was controlled by PLC-based inverter.It kept constant pressure piping.After analysis of the principle,the method of hardware and the software was given.Remote control by visual motoring interface was designed by MCGS.The practice results show that the system ensures the water quality,strengthens the ability of troubleshooting,reduces resource waste.
