基于球杆仪的VMCL600型立式加工中心精度检测与分析

摘    要:基于球杆仪的误差检测原理,通过球杆仪检测VMCL600型三轴立式机床5个不同位置的误差,找出影响该型号加工中心几何精度的主要因素是垂直度误差、y轴和x轴的反向间隙、比例不匹配误差等。分析了这些误差产生的原因、对加工精度的影响并提出相应的解决措施。

Abstract:Based on the error measurement principle of ball-bar,the errors of 5 different locations of VMCL600 type CNC vertical machine center were measured by a QC10 ball-bar.Measuring results show:the major factors that affect this model machine center’s geometry precision are error of perpendicularity,the backlash and scaling mismatch error of y axle and x.The error producing reasons and influences for machining precision were analyzed,the solving measurements were also proposed.
