前馈-改进型PID复合控制策略的研究

摘    要:针对PID反馈控制快速性和稳定性二者之间的矛盾,在分析各种改进型PID控制方法和前馈控制性能的基础上,提出一种适用于工业过程控制场合的带前馈改进型数字式PID位置复合控制方法。通过仿真实验对比表明:采用该前馈-改进型PID复合控制方法可显著提高控制系统的稳定性、快速性和准确性。在PMAC运动控制卡上的应用也说明该控制方法可满足基本的稳、快、准控制要求。

Abstract:For the contradiction between speed and stability of PID control,an improved digital PID control method with feedforward was proposed for the occasion of industrial process control after analyzing the performance of improved PID methods and feedforward control.Comparing the simulation results,it is shown that using this compound control method,the control system’s stability,rapidity and accuracy can be significantly improved.The algorithm was employed in PMAC motion control card,and a satisfactory result was gained.
