摘    要:通过分析数控加工时凸球面的残余高度与切削层的关系,确定宏程序的参数变量,使每一切削层的残余高度值一致;并且编制了通用的凸球面数控铣削加工宏程序,在保证加工质量的前提下,以可变的行间距生成高效率的数控加工刀具轨迹。

Abstract:The correlation between scallop-height and cutting step of spherical surface machining was analyzed.The parameters of macro variables were determined and each layer had the same scallop-height.A common macro program of CNC milling for spherical surface was developed by which efficient NC tool paths was generated with the maximum cutting step under the premise of keeping the processing quality.
