基于CMM的复杂曲面数据测量规划研究

摘    要:为了提高采用三坐标测量机进行复杂曲面高精度测量的效率,根据复杂曲面的结构特点以及三坐标测量机的测量原理,详细阐述了复杂曲面的测量定位、测量区域划分、测量路径规划以及测点数分布等测量规划技术。通过该测量方法的规划,能有效减少冗余数据的测量,简化测量数据的后续处理,为复杂曲面的快速测量提供技术指导。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of high precision measurement of complex surface by coordinate measuring machine,according to the structural features of complex surface and the measuring principle of coordinate measuring machine,measurement planning techniques,including the measuring positioning of complex surface,measuring regional division,measuring path planning and measuring points distribution etc,were described.Planning by this measurement method,the redundant data measured can be effectively reduced,the follow-up measuring data processing is simplified.It provides technical guidance for the rapid measuring of complex surface.
