基于ITI-SimulationX的液压挖掘机多路阀建模与仿真

摘    要:利用ITI-SimulationX软件二次开发平台,对某液压挖掘机铲斗液压缸用多路阀基本单元——固定节流阀进行封装,建立了多路阀主阀模型,在此基础上,建立铲斗液压缸系统模型并仿真,获取了多路阀主阀各端口压力、流量以及铲斗液压缸活塞杆位移与速度曲线。结果表明:多路阀主阀设计参数合理,控制性能可靠,能够保证铲斗液压缸平稳运行。

Abstract:By using secondary development platform of ITI-SimulationX software,the multi-way linked valve model was built through packaging fixed throttle which was basic element of multi-way valve for bucket hydraulic cylinder in hydraulic excavator.On this basis,modeling and simulation for the bucket hydraulic cylinder system were made,and the ports pressure and flow of multi-way linked valve,displacement and velocity curves of the bucket hydraulic cylinder were obtained.The results show that the multi-way linked valve has reasonable design parameters and reliable control performance,and can ensure stable running of the bucket hydraulic cylinder.
