摘    要:为了从理论上优化对称双芯光子晶体光纤耦合器性能,采用两种方法进行了研究,首先通过改变双芯光子晶体光纤结构物理量d/Λ和Λ,选取几种不同结构的对称双芯光子晶体光纤耦合器的耦合特性进行了分析对比,然后对耦合器纤芯掺氟,改变其耦合性能。结果表明,耦合器具有在500nm范围内耦合比偏差小于4%的宽带效应。

Abstract:In order to improve coupling characteristics of symmetric dual-core photonic crystal fibers in theory, two methods were adopted in the research. Firstly, changing the structure and physical parameter of the d/Λ and Λ, the characteristics of symmetric dual-core photonic crystal fiber couplers in different structure were analyzed and compared. Then the coupling characteristics were changed by doping fluorine into the fiber core. The results show that this coupler has excellent coupling-ratio uniformity 50%±4% at 1.3μm~1.8μm wavelength.
