摘    要:以空气压缩机组为研究对象,根据压缩机的工作原理,从理论上分析了空气压缩机的能量消耗,提出一种空气压缩机组节能潜力的评估模型。在此基础上开发了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的能量评估系统,并详细介绍了该系统的硬件组成和软件结构。该系统评估结果直观、准确,为空气压缩机组的节能改造提供了可靠依据。

Abstract:The assessing model of the energy saving potential was derived according to the work principle of air compressors,analyzing its energy consumption theoretically.An evaluation system was developed based on virtual instruments,then the hardware and software of the system were introduced in detail.The assessing result of this system is intuitive and accurate.It provides reliable proof to the energy saving renovation of air compressors.
