基于AMESim的液压挖掘机用柴油机特性仿真

摘    要:针对某型号液压挖掘机的柴油机,利用AMESim软件的IFP元件库建立了该柴油机的仿真模型,对柴油机的工作过程进行仿真研究,最终获得该发动机的一些重要特性参数。计算表明:仿真结果与厂家实验数据比较吻合,模型的精度高,可应用于挖掘机动力匹配等方面的研究。

Abstract:Aiming at a diesel engine of one type of hydraulic excavator,its detail simulation model was built up with the IFP engine library of AMESim and then the work process of the engine was simulated.Some important performance data of this engine were gotten.The calculation show that simulation results are tallied with the test data well,and the simulation model has high precision,which can be used in studying power matching of the hydraulic excavator.
