摘    要:对产品表面质量进行检测和控制是产品加工中的重要环节。提出一种新型的产品表面激光处理智能控制系统的软硬件设计方法,实现产品表面光斑的三维能量图的计算、显示和处理。实际应用表明,使用该系统能有效提高加工效率和产品质量。

Abstract:Detection and control of the product surface is one important problem in material production.The hardware and software design methods of a novel product surface laser treatment control system were proposed.The 3D energy diagram of the product surface facula was calculated,displayed and handled.It’s proved in practice that this system can improve the process efficiency and product quality effectively.
