基于Profibus-DP总线的高速接口模块设计

摘    要:设计基于DP协议芯片和32位ARM的高速接口模块。用紧凑集成的磁隔离总线收发芯片代替传统的RS485驱动电路;为适应工业现场特别设计了防静电保护电路;采用DP的物理层、数据链路层和部分应用层协议,再在其上封装适用于通用设备通信的传输协议。并通过实例总结了模块的优良特性。

Abstract:An interface module with high-speed communication was designed based on Profibus-DP protocol chip and 32 bit ARM chip.The tightly integrated magnetic isolated bus transceiver was used to instead of traditional RS-485 drive circuit.The ESD protection circuit was specially designed to meet the industrial field request.It was packaged for general-purpose device communication protocol by adopting DP’s physical layer,data link layer and part of the application layer protocol.The good characteristics of the module were summarized with an example.
