摘    要:介绍开式液体静压导轨的优缺点,分析开式静压导轨易漂移的原因;通过引进直线电机,进一步调节静压导轨油膜厚度、提高油膜刚度,可防止导轨出现"漂移"或颠覆现象。同时通过解析法和有限元分析法计算导轨的受力情况,以提高设计的可行性。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of the open-hydrostatic slideway were introduced.The causes of drift motion were analyzed.Through introducing linear motor,the oil film thickness was regulated,improving the stiffness of the oil film and avoiding capsizing.And at the same time through analytical calculation and finite element analysis,force states of the slider were calculated,so as to improve the feasibility of the design.
