基于Fluent的数字式水压溢流阀研究

摘    要:介绍水液压传动的关键技术,根据数字阀的特点设计数字式水压溢流阀。建立其阀口气穴流场的数学模型,并用Fluent软件进行仿真分析,仿真结果为溢流阀的结构改进提供理论依据。

Abstract:The key technology of water hydraulic transmission was introduced.The structure of the digital water hydraulic relief valve was designed according to the characteristics of the digital valve.The model of flow field cavitation inside the digital water hydraulic relief valve was built and analyzed by Fluent software.The simulation results provide theory basis for the design of the relief valve.
